TLC Wheelchair Services
TLC Wheelchair is dedicated to providing non-emergency medical transportation, (NEMT), to eligible passengers across the communities of southwest Washington. The TLC fleet is comprised of minivans, vans, and sedans ready to safely transport passengers with disabilities door-to-door in an environment that is reliable, safe and comfortable.
Our drivers are licensed professionals trained in both safety and sensitivity. To ensure the integrity of our drivers, we conduct a drug screening test and criminal background check (including fingerprinting, Social Security trace and a check of the State Police and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) databases.)
We believe through awareness, knowledge and skill-building, our sensitivity training helps develop greater professional cultural competence for serving the needs of the disability community.
